I have the same problem :(. I've used Freederm gel for the last 3 months which has reduced the redness and have stopped new acne but it's still visible. But better than before I used it. I also eat way too much sugar which may be making the acne worse. I'm considering going to the doctor for some prescription acne medication if it doesn't get better in the next 3 months.

Unfortunately I probably should try several acne creams and use each  one for several months to see which works best. But I don't have the money or time to do that.

I'm in the UK and here you can get it over the counter in pharmacies. Or you can try online. Amazon maybe or I think Freederm has a website. Freederm makes a few products to get rid of acne but I've only used the gel.

Your English is good ;)
