So after my intake appointment yesterday and getting confirmation I'm a woman trapped in a mans body.
I took my head trimmers to my legs. I have always thought my legs were my best feature. Seeing them without hair I love them even more.
Since this is all so new, what tips and tricks do you ladies have to make them super soft and sexy?

Use a good moisturizer on them. Cetaphil moisturizing lotion (Galderma product) is odorless, and works well. I personally love the aroma of some of the coconut 'body butter' lotions, but if you are concerned about someone noticing the scent, avoid!
I usually use either Charity Pot or Skin Sin moisturizers from Lush. Neither has an overpowering scent.

My suggestion is to avoid using an electric shaver all together. (I find it tends to pull the coarser male hairs through the guard and pinch leading to some serious serious abrasions and rash OUCH.) For the most part I wet blade in the shower or tub (or sink now, since I'm essentially homeless.) In between, I've found using a buffer (basically fine grit sand paper.) before the hairs get too long works wonders for exfoliating AND keeping the hair away longer. Obviously, moisturize, and baby your skin. Witch Hazel works great for irritation. I try to avoid any such 'aftershave' products.
Once in a while I'll use a glycolic acid (5%-10%) cream product on really serious ingrown hairs. Above all else, PATIENCE. I've done some serious hack jobs on myself (and still have scars) when I was much younger. Take your time, It'll just keep getting easier and easier.
Go to your stove and in a sauce pan put 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup water boil for 20 minutes on medium heat until the mixture thickens and turns golden. Quickly take the resulting product and pour it into a mason jar or something that will take the heat. NO PLASTIC. Let it cool
scoop the product out of the jar and spread across your hairy legs in the same direction as the hair growth. You can use the back of a spoon for this. Take some cloth strips that you cut prior to starting. Place a strip over the product and press down firmly to set. Then quickly flick the cloth to remove your hair. Continue until you finish. Also good for pubes and butt hair although you may want to have someone help you with that. Hair will disappear for 4-6 weeks. ymmv. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GVKrLumCEpA
OMG Dawn...I am definitely trying this! :eusa_dance:
The day after I decided to transition I had a full body sugaring and it was great...way less pain that waxing normally and my skin was great. I wasn't that hairy to begin with so not so good I was told if you're a really hairy. Only thing I noticed is that it left more hairs behind than waxing but there were not enough for it to be an issue. The feeling of being completely hairless was amazing and felt great.

Oh my gosh... I'm gonna try this right now

Ok so I still need to perfect the sugar wax. It worked a little bit.
I found a epilady today. Oh boy was that an experience. I have one leg down and one more to go. But let me tell you what... I thought I was in love with my legs before... the one that is baby smooth and side to the touch... I'm in heaven!!!! [emoji16][emoji16][emoji16][emoji16]
