Title: Life after SRS - sigmoid colon

Hi there
Im about to undergo SRS at dr. kamol and I prefer the sigmoid colon techinque,
1. do any of you want to share thier exprience before and after the SRS?
2. did anyone was operated by Dr. Kamol and want to share her exprience?

The sigmoid colon technique is much more invasive than penile inversion.

Sigmoid colon really should only be recommended if there is not enough skin for a penile inversion or if corrective surgery is needed because the first surgery did not create enough vaginal depth.

I personally advise you stay with Sigmoid, you'd have better depth. I went with Chettawut and the depth was a disaster ending with 4inch. Non-sigmoid you might end up average 6inch while with Sigmoid average7/8. Now I need to get back to do Sigmoid due to this tragic lack of depth. Please keep us update when you become a Sidmoid post-op.
