Title: Good news PCP referred me to 3 specialists but my insurance has no geneticists?

OK so today I finally got a doctor I felt I could talk to and a competent doctor who at least knew that I obviously needed to see someone for the chromosomal abnormality. I already went to a doctor who didn't even know what Swyer's syndrome was or that it existed. Well he could find a doctor that accepted my insurance and so I had to call my insurance for a list of providers. I got three numbers one was primary care physicians and has nothing to do with geneticist. I got two others that were for children I called a third time and they told me to call back in the morniv to talk to a case manager. I still have the referral for an endocrinologist and gynaecologist. But I really wanted the geneticist referral since I specifically have a chromosomal abnormality and that is basically the only physical issue I have. And I'm not sure if I should tellthem about the identity thing or not. Because they asked but it really has nothing to do with the physical condition of being intersex and all. I don't get why they asked that?
