Title: Voice Training
Post by: Harley Quinn on December 22, 2016, 06:22:12 PM
My Speech Pathologist is awesome. A month and a half in and I'm already at a relaxed C4 average; up from G2! Woo whoo!!! Next week we are starting inflections! I am not 100% about whether or not I will end up with VFS, but  it is looking promising!

Good for you Harley. You have almost a full octave on me. I'm at F3 and around 175htz.  I found something the other day that I think we can all find some interest in. Emily, my therapist was happy I sent her the link, so I assume the info is pretty good. She said University of Iowa has one of the top voice training programs in the country. Happy reading. https://uiowa.edu/voice-academy/nurses-office

Thanks, I will have to give it a read. Dr. Brennan gives me handouts, and discs from a lot of different sources and is helping me build a binder. I love having the 1 hour session with her one on one. :D
