I've been complaining about different things for a couple of weeks and I just noticed that the trail of hair going from my pubic hair to just above my naval is coming back. Any thoughts to why this is happening after 13 months on hormones.
Love to know this myself. HRT seems to be a non- linear ride with periods of regression. I simply don't understand it. Any information I find regarding my looking for answers is apocryphal at best. I'm going to guess our answer will be the old standby of "hormones work differently for everyone. A very disastisfying answer...to be sure.. I feel your pain though, Angelique. The only thing I can suggest is your newest batch of spiro blows. I've found efficacy from different manufacturers to be all over the board. To the degree that on one batch, I started to grow more hair and get morning wood....yay!.....not! Once I got back on the old manufacturer, everything went back as it was. Till the boys are gone, I think mileage is going to be all over the damned place. None of this is easy. Sigh!
When was your last blood test? Time for it i guess! only numbers can tell what is going on.
Do you take progesterone? Higher levels can cause androgen-like side effects. That's what I've read at least. I don't know what would be considered "too high". The author of the article may have even meant "too high", as in something more than the minimal dosage.
My endo recently upped my progesterone a couple months ago, and I'm getting a bit of hair on my belly and have noticed a couple on my chin and lip. I need to use my tria again and see an aesthetician for touch ups now /:

You might email or ask your endo and ask if it could be related. Maybe they'll want to up your spiro or it could just be normal.

I'm having the same issue. I think it's because I switched from Spiro to Androcur due to low blood pressure. :(

I would second contacting your Endocrinologist. Which Progesterone are you on? Medroxyprogesterone has a side effect of Hirsutism. Growing unwanted body hair. Not a side effect of Micronized from what I've read.

im on medroxyprogesterone, but even after taking that the hair went away. So idk what's going on
Indeed, medroxyprogesterone can be somewhat androgenic due to its binding and positive action on androgen receptors as opposed to bio-identical progesterone which has no androgenic effects. Pregnant women have very high levels of progesterone during pregnancy. Since taking progesterone, my T is lower and I have noticed reduced body hair growth.
