Hello,
I'm not sure what to write in here, but in seems to be a good way to have somewhat of a good start into a new community, so here I go.
I may or may not be transgender, which is kind of a vital question I've had for a few years now, and one of the reasons why I'm here in first place (of course i'm perfectly aware that I won't necessarily get an answer, and that talking to a therapist or doctor would be a good idea, but I hope that talking to people with more experience and maybe get a few questions answered by people who have made their decision might maybe help me out a little).
Well, what else does one say here? I like movie (some of my favourites are the Godfather, Star Wars and Trainspotting), shows (Mr. Robot, Twin Peaks, Hannibal for example), books (I won't even try to give some examples here, I fear it would end up in a long list, and this post is long enough like it is already), bur I guess these are rather normal interest. Other than that, I'm rather interested in IT and I like bunnies.
I'll cut it off now, I'm not sure what to write anyways.
Greetings
First off write whatever is on you mind. It is very cathartic to tell your story. We have all experienced what you are experiencing. Questioning, it's part of the process. Nothing is too long as long as you eventually get to a point ???
We have many stories, each one different but in some ways each the same. Most stories are too much of a coincidence that we did not necessarily have a choice. As I read more and more of the resources available here, I am more convinced then ever I have made the right decision to start HRT as it was predestined before I was born and I've been putting it off a long time.
Welcome to Susan's Place. There are people on the site who are not transgender but they know they aren't. As you are unsure, I suspect you are. In either case, you appear to be here to learn about yourself. My story is in hindsight, there have always been signs that I was transsexual but it wasn't until puberty that I understood what I was. From that point on, it was a matter of waiting for medical treatment to become available and for me to be able to take advantage of it. I experienced it as depression of not being in the feminine role but dysphoria is very personal and takes many forms.
I have two links that might be helpful. The first is our WIKI (https://www.susans.org/wiki/Transgender) where you will learn about ->-bleeped-<-. The second is "the transition channel" (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfO3B57E6NpIn-KsVjvmLLw) where a therapist will help you answer questions about yourself. Feel free to post any additional questions you might have on this thread.
We issue to all new members the following links so you will best be able to use the web site.

I assume you are not out yet so it would be hard to verify this... CIS gender people (non- trans*) people never think about their gender. That was a SHOCK to me. I thought everyone did. Nope!
You are right, seeming seeing a gender therapist would be a good idea.
