So my girlfriend has been on hormones for 5 years and wants srs within 2 years
1.which doctors are well known for there surgery's? That have pictures as proof and perfect work and legit reviews
2. How to pay for it ? ive seen a few nasty vaginas and complaints of other sites so im trying not to not be cheap but not spend over $25,000 or pay for future cosmetic touch ups
3.can u Cum with clit stimulation? Or does it depend on doctor ?

There is no one best surgeon because the surgeon you should select will depend on the results you want and the material you have to work with. Everybody will say their surgeon is the best but the only way to know what's right may be to have an interview with the surgeon so the surgeon can tell you whats possible with her anatomy.
Secondly you need to consider if you are willing to travel out of the country and sometimes insurance coverage may be an issue. My surgery is very old so I can't advise you on this but others will be posting in this thread with more information.
