I was in (what I see as) male mode, with half assed makeup and crooked glasses. He handed me my card afterwards and said "here you go, ma'am." It could have been "man." It really could have been. But I don't think it was.

I got mam'ed today too at Winco. It was weird, but nice. I had to look around to see if she was talking to me. Nobody else was in line.
I've been ma'am in male mode and sired in female mode which is weird in itself.

You're just doubting yourself i'd place a bet on that because my brain did that when someone said "He" to me and
it's because i wasn't used to hearing it being said. But congregations for being Ma'am'ed because that's a wonderful feeling and you won't forget it.
