Title: Starting injections soon!
Post by: DuchessBianca on January 20, 2017, 01:15:35 AM
Hello! This is more of an excitement post rather then a question but having read and replied a few times in various threads about injections and the nightmare that is trying to find Estradiol Valerate I took it up to ask my doctor about Estradiol Cypionate as it was mentioned as a suitable substitute for Valerate and not experiencing a shortage (Thank you Kay and others for mentioning it!) so after calling a few local pharmacies I managed to get one who could get it in stock and early next week I'll be taking my first injection, so excited! I know it's probably a first world problem but I'm just thankful that I won't have to take sublingual pills 3x a day anymore and experience severe insomnia with my nighttime dosage since I'm spacing them 8 hours apart >_< I also hear that with time injections can suppress T on their own and in some people completely which for me would be great due to me experiencing quite a few not so great side effects from spiro so the less of that I have to take the better! I hate needles but a once every other week shot sounds like a godsend and I'm shocked such a tiny amount of fluid can work for so long and do so much >_<
