Does anyone have any recommendations for a really good shampoo and Conditioner?
I want silky smooth with body.
Look up Castor oil, I do it once a week!
I have heard many people like Mane and Tail. It originated as horse shampoo but people found out how good it is. I also found Shampoo and Conditioner with Argon oil in it, at COSTCO. Leaves hair soft and shiney.

I lot of people swear by coconut oil for conditioner. Just the right amount to be non-greasy. I use retail shampoo and conditioner. Brands vary, not the cheapest stuff but not the most expensive and overall i am happy with it.
I got some organic Jamaican castor oil shampoo and leave in conditioner last week that works far better than anything else I've tried. I use it nearly every day now. It's the only thing that will keep my hair under some kind of control.

I'm going with the Aussie brand, seems to work OK for a start.
That's it girls rub it in.
After 64 male years, the hair on the top of my head is all but gone, I fear it's gone for good.
My hair questions would be more along the lines: here I could buy said hair along with expert advice on what kind, style, length, color to purchase for a reasonable price. The wig I have on in my avatar is a cheap cosplay one mail order from china. I'll need something of better quality but have no clue where to begin the hunt.
Hugs,

Jeanette,
A good wig is something I think some of the others may be able to help more with, maybe if you post it as a new topic.
I think a good way to start would be looking through cis women resources, maybe try out a couple of high end salons.
I've been using suave shampoo and conditioner for over 30 yrs and won't go to any other brand for they do the job of k eeping my hair shiny and silky
