So, I've been on Testosterone now for about 6 months. I have noticed some growth downstairs but not as much i had hoped for. I was wondering how I could enhance the size? What products work best? What pumps and how to use?
Has anyone tried penetrating even the slightest into their significant other? (I know it obviously can't get THAT big but ya never know...) .......... HELP!
Anything, really would be great.
THANKS!! ;D ;D ;D
Growth maxes out at around 2 years on T typically. So it may still be early for you.
There are two options to increasing size. Size changes from pumping are generally not permanent. I pump daily for about an hour and I have seen no permanent change in size from pumping. Pumping does stimulate blood flow throughout the tissue though, so you may have better erections.
The other option is DHT. That isn't recommended until you've been on T for two years. It's a topical gel that is applied directly to your junk and if you have any androgen receptors left down there, you will experience additional growth. I've had no luck with it.
And yes, I have been able to penetrate my girlfriend. Works best with girl on top.

All right. This is awkward and there's really no way to ask this comfortably, so I'm just going to jump right in: Are you 'modified' in any way downstairs (with meta)? I can't for the life of me figure out how unmodified males can penetrate regardless of size (assuming that the average is 1-2.5 inches, of course). I know everyone is different down there but my junk just... the way it's pointed downwards just doesn't jive with penetration. I've gained quite a bit of size and a ton of girth (which has been mindblowing for oral) but there's absolutely no way I'd be able to penetrate her.
I'm not in any way trying to insinuate that you're being untruthful, I'm just baffled.
I mean... how?

Same. I haven't heard of any ftms that could penetrate without phalloplasty. Maybe I just need to be on T for longer...?
This will make me probably sound like a total perv but..
There is blog or something somewhere of a guy who is very large and able to penetrate his partner (has videos). He's had no bottom surgery whatsoever. It's just like any other penis, comes in all shapes and sizes :p

No, my surgery isn't until the end of March. I'm a bit longer than 1.5" soft, never measured hard but I do seem to get at least a little girthier. If you're at a total downward angle, it might not be possible for you. Mine is more, I would say at somewhere around a 50-75 degree angle when I'm laying down? If that makes sense.
My girlfriend also doesn't have much that would be in the way or difficult to work with (really small labia majora&minora) so it's pretty much a straight shot as long as she's at the right angle. On top, facing me, slightly leaned back. I don't think either of us get much out of it (I'm basically asexual and she isn't big on any kind of penetration), but it is completely possible.
PS: I am planning to post pre-op and post-op pictures either in a private Facebook group or elsewhere online after surgery and would be happy to share with guys here who are well established/I know who you are.

This must be my issue, then. I'm 2.5" when hard, but it's rendered fairly useless for penetration due to its steep downward angle. This could also explain why I never feel anything with those packers that say they have stimulation areas for the wearer; the areas never, ever line up with my junk.
Is there some sort of 'freeing' surgery less invasive than meta that would alter the angle?

Meta is just the release of the ligaments that hold your stuff at that angle, so if altering the angle is what you want that would do it. It's also referred to as a "simple release". There are a few blogs out there if you google (can't post link because nudes, but can message you if you can't find them). Everything beyond that is a separate procedure. Like I'm having meta but also having urethral lengthening, a vaginectomy, scrotoplasty, testicular implants, and a mons resection.
Bottom surgery is very a la carte :)

Well, hell. I can honestly say I didn't know that. Bottom surgeries are what I've researched the least in regards to transitioning; I thought meta surgeries encompassed the whole enchilada (with the exception of testicular implants because I knew those were optional). That was actually incredibly helpful, so thank you for that.
I might have to look into some surgeons to see what my options are. I hate to keep prying into your knowledge, but do you know if it's possible to do different steps of the surgery at different times? IE: If I initially just have the ligaments released but later decide that I also want urethral lengthening/etc., is that possible?

Yep absolutely! You could hypothetically do each of those things I mentioned at entirely separate procedures if you were so inclined.
The one thing with urethral lengthening that you'd have to consider is that if you were to have a vaginectomy prior to deciding on UL, they may need to take a buccal mucosa graft from your mouth to lengthen the urethra where they typically try to use vaginal mucosa.
