Title: Injected into vein?
Post by: timpotterf on February 08, 2017, 12:57:20 AM
I am pretty sure I injected into a vein today. A couple hours ago, I preformed my shot as usual, but when I pulled out there was a lot of blood. I mean a LOT. Dripped down to the floor from my stomach. I also started coughing really badly while this was happening. I am pretty damn positive I hit a vein. I am okay now, though, my heart and breathing have calmed down. I just want to know if I should re-do my shot tomorrow. I have been on t for about 18 months and this has never happened to me before. I have had blood but not this bad.

Welcome to Susan's Place. You should not inject again without talking to your doctors office. Worst case, your levels may fall somewhat but they will not zero out as an injection has a half life and will continue to keep giving. Even if your doctor agrees to another injection, the dosage may be reduce for a cycle.

I think there was one guy on YouTube that shot his T into a vein and had to go to hospital or something...? I dunno, it's been a while since I saw the video. I have no experience with this stuff either, I'm not gonna be on T for a while

I don't know about the stomach as I do them in the thigh but the doctor said as long as you aspirate before pushing the T you can be sure not to be in a vein because if you are blood fills the syringe. I've had a ton of blood shoot out of my thigh from nicking a vein and it scared the crap out of me but the doctor says if you feel physically fine and the bleeding did stop you're okay but it's really best to call your doctor and tell them what happened dude :)
