Title: Camh approved my funding on sept 30,2016
Post by: imissmymama on February 14, 2017, 08:16:12 PM
Hi everyone

I got my letter that camh Ontario approved my grs funding and it is available for 24 months from the date of the letter . Does that mean I will not get the funding if my surgery date is after 24 months like October , 2018. Would i still get the funding if I filed to have the actual surgery Montreal but the surgery date falls outside of sept 30, 2018 ?  Please please  any help is appreciated

That seem like more than enough time to me. Brassard does not have a super long waiting list. I'm guessing we are talking bout Canada [emoji1063] since I believe that's where Quebec is at [emoji51][emoji51][emoji51]

I think as long as it's scheduled you should be fine but I could be wrong. But you shouldn't have to worry Cause I can tell you brassards office does not have that long of a wait

I understand, ladies. Its just I am out of canada for a while and I am preoccupied with other personal issues. I want to know if I have enough time...or do i need to have the surgery by September 30, or would i be covered as long as I am scheduled to have a date.
