Sometimes, it's something small things like horrible red bumps from shaving or the stress of driving in traffic to therapy that make me feel worthless, or there's no point to trying this. I hate this stage so much sometimes.
Chin up and stay strong, it gets better <3. Learn to know your true self and where you must go in therapy, consider starting hair removal soon -you'll see great results after a few months- and look towards HRT.
We all have and are allowed bad days, be patient with yourself :)
