Hi girls, the spring/summer is approaching and I hope to be starting HRT soon. I'll likely be in that "awkward" presentation period (hair growing, facial hair gone, some HRT changes) through this summer and I'm wondering what clothing others wear or have warn in the past when you're "not quite" ready for FT, but have some feminine aspects that are more difficult to hide without bulkier jackets or baggy pants. I'm also wanting to move more to feminine/androgynous clothing without looking like a "gay man"....not that there's anything wrong with that ([emoji4])...but it's just not me.
I've been thinking about the same issue more or less. First how to remain stealth at work if my upper area grows more. For now I have enough of a fat tummy to pass off the growing breast areas, but for how long?
Ive been in the awkward phase longer then I'd like. What's worked for me is sports bra + xl undershirt + xl flannel shirts with the addition of a hoodie if necessary. Try to avoid lighter colors because they will outline your growing chest. If you plan on wearing skinny jeans or pants there will come a time when they make your butt look to big and it be best to switch to relaxed fit. They will help make your bottomom appear more square. Hats are a good option for when your hair is not long enough to put in a ponytail or bun.
