I will be having surgery with Dr. Rumer soon (I haven't received the date yet but it's on like the break of dawn!) thanks to the Commonwealth , so I was wondering what I should do to prepare, if anything. It should happen in May. So, I'm super excited about no Spiro in two months lol and being able to wear bikini. Not to mention SEX. Anal is fun but....yeah. Ok, sorry for the rambling...
