Title: How to prepair
Post by: Ashley_wolf on March 06, 2017, 06:01:58 PM
I believe along with a few others who know me that I will possibly show rapid breast growth when I start HRT. How do I prep for this and how do I get the best results for my voice. You see I want to look the way I feel but when I think about it and how much work there is to it I get nervous and generally have a anxiety attack. I have tried talking to other beautiful woman on here but they are almost always negative and don't really help me break things down to feel I can do it it feels like they don't care and I should just sit back and be quiet. I'm looking to possibly start HRT after I get some stuff straightened out with the VA being that I am disabled in a few ways. I would like to transform while I'm going back to school where I'm mostly at home and don't have to be stared at at my work if I start getting the curves or large bust that I really want. Sorry for the rant just wish I had more people to actually talk to about this not just two people. Rant over sorry.

Voice, I used a voice app for years and am now seeing a speech pathologist that is helping a lot.

Preparing for boobs, get a bra fitting when you need support and sports bras for exercising and running. With HRT you will get what you get and when they are ready.

I'm share so much in what you have written, its quite uncanny. I add to your statements that i'm 42 Married but separated with 2 children. Its a tough world and I have so much anxiety of the path forward. I know I have to do it as a gradual process not just for myself but for my family. I also fear the in between time in transition even to the point I don't want to transition. I always come back to go for it and take it as it comes. If I start hormones and it alters me very quickly in ways that are hard to hide then deal with it as it happens. We need to be our authentic selves! Live it day by day.

What do you consider "rapid"?  Unless you are getting BA they don't just pop up over night.  Months is more likely.  I'm not sure what prep you want.  Do you want to prepare your back muscles, your mental state, those around you?

Voice is a tougher but to crack.  I'm in that boat now.  Hopefully voice therapy starts in a month or so.
