Title: Random Periods While On T
Post by: BrennanWasHere on March 09, 2017, 09:28:25 PM
So, I'm about 1 year and 8 months on T and I have been getting my period for the past 3 months straight. I'm going to get blood work done tomorrow, but it seriously sucks and has been making me incredibly dysphoric. I was just wondering if anyone else has possibly had a similar experience and what the cause might be/was for you? Any suggestions?

No, but my endo said that if I ever did see anything to tell him for me to start on blockers. So it's apparently common enough for him to have brought it up.

So you can take blockers and be on T? I figured this was for folks prepuberty/pre-T.

Yup, though it's pretty expensive without insurance. Most people don't really need to, though, since T is so overpowering.
