Hi Debbie,
Welcome to the site. Glad you decided to introduce yourself. Would you mind if I ask what month for your surgery? My name is Moni. I am Mto F as well and have been living full time since June. (HRT 21 months) June is a big month for me. Hope to see you around.

Hi Debbie,
I'm jeanette, mtf, 64, on HRT since December, an a self appointed greeter. Welcome, welcome come on in. There's an empty sofa over there --->, sit, sit. Can I get you a beverage? Coffee, tea, or me...oooops wrong line, sorry. Coffee, tea, soda and water? There. Relax, get comfy and read some of the postings, comment of a few if you will. Better yet tell us some more about yourself so we can get to know you. Wow having surgery in a few months.... you're almost "there" I've just begun I don't even think surgery yet, and I may not ever get that far due to age and circumstances beyond my control. Nope I'm just beginning. If things go as planned Tuesday I will be telling the first non medical people about me, my daughter and her husband. However that goes it is a start.
OH well, sorry I kinda ramble, get off track, got a lot on my mind as I'm sure you do. I'm so glad you are here Debbie. I hope you like us and choose to stick around.
Hugs,
Jeanette
Hi Deb and welcome back to Susan's.
It must be really exciting to be booked for surgery.
Is it possible you made a membership here a few years ago? If so, could you let me know. You're not in trouble but we try not to have two active accounts for one member.
Any way, once again, welcome and I hope you find some good information and support here.
With warmth,
Joanna
Hi Moni!
After signing up in March, I got frustrated with the site and quit logging in. Very complex compared to a Facebook Group or some other forum software. And I'm in tech!
Anyways, as you know my surgery was 3 days after yours and I was so fortunate to meet you in recovery!
Now I'm posting stuff so I can achieve some goal that allows me to reply to your personal messages.
HRT - 11/2014, first surgery GCS 6/30/2017. Not planning to do anything else. Happy being me.
-Deb.
Hi Joanna,
Very possible I made another account as Kelly Ferguson (kelly@blitzdog.com). I tried multiple times over the years to use the forums, got frustrated and moved on.
Sorry! Please delete Kelly! She was afraid and hid a lot. :)

Debbi,
That is so funny that I would say hi to you without ever dreaming we would meet at surgery time. That is crazy. I would urge you to keep your mind open to things on the site. There are some fantastic people on here and I have benefited tremendously from talking to a variety of people.

The forum is pretty easy to use however you have to make 15 quality posts before it really becomes usable. It is a little more complex using some of the BBC codes but most of the time you can get by without them. On the other hand you can select the desired text then hit a button like
Bold and the magic will happen for you.

Deb,
I have removed your older duplicate account. Thanks for the heads up that it might still be there. Hope your recovery is going well.
With warmth,
Jacqui
Thank you Jacqueline. Sorry for causing the trouble. Too many double lives. All gone now though. :)
