Hiya everyone,
Have been lurking here for a while but have finally tumbled out of the closet (well the closet got discovered!!!) and am starting to make my way publicly in the world. This is a picture (by way of an introduction) as I start to come to terms with my real identity and was taken before my first steps out into the real world last week.
I am pre everything and whilst having had lots of counselling over the years am just starting to work with a GIC here in the UK. At 6'5'' tall I am amazonian so will have to make the best of what I have.

Jeanette here, old crossdresser and new trans woman. Welcome welcome, come on in. Discovered huh, Yep I lived so many years worrying about that happening. I still do because though I've got a few months of HRT done I am still very much hiding in that closet. My efforts to come out hasn't been too successful so far except for my medical professionals. There I've met with only support.
Oh gheeze there I go off again rambling about myself. Did I mention I a a self appointed unofficial greeter here at Susan's? I needed to do something to give back a little for the great support I've found here. There are many fine people here to help with your questions or just to lend an ear when you need one. I know because at times I've been very needy indeed. Fears, insecurities, questions, or just needing a shoulder to cry on, I've found help with it all here. You can too. Take your time, get comfy and relax, read some posts that catch your eye. Make a comment if you will.
I hope you can find what you need here and make Susan's your home. We are glad you are here.

Falling out of this dark closet really hurt a lot but needed to be done. I am on the south coast and shorter friends always appreciate my tallness.
