Title: The Two Best Parts of Yoga

I have found yoga to be wonderful and recommend it to anyone.  I am a newly discovered MTF TG who has not transitioned. Yoga is an incredible stress reducer and allows me to get into a meditative zone. The other great thing about it is that most of the time I am with all women. As with all meditation, thoughts pop in and out of your head. Some of those thoughts are fantasizing about being just one of the other girls in the class, wearing spandex yoga pants with no bulge in my pants. Yoga is a great way to be one with yourself! Need all the help I can get right now as I start on this new journey!
