Title: First support group meet
Post by: Amy Chislett on April 06, 2017, 07:54:48 AM
Went the other night and thought the experience good.  Found some useful info.  I talked up at first seeng it was only an hour long.  Luckily, they chimed in helping me and restoring group balance.  Change from virtuality to reality.  Helped me become the person I envision.  Will mark it as a before and after experience in my personal timeline.

Hi Amy,

Going to a support group meeting is a pretty good step in this journey. There is just something more real about being there in body and mind. Congratulations on going. I would go to more myself if I had some closer or out of the city of Portland.

  Good Job Amy

  Hugs,
    Jeanette

Hi Amy,

Well done!
Group meetings can really assist you on your journey.
Having recently attended 2 meetings myself I too have found the experience informative and a good way to network directly.
However,I find Susans place has fast become the most important and positive place to relax.

Hugs,
Steph x
