Moisturizer! I am using a facial moisturizer by ROC I got mail order from Target for about$15.00 (almost $30 elsewhere) and I like the results. I'm 64 so I got the 5 in 1 variety to help with my issues.  I am also using their night cream 5 in 1 for help with lines and wrinkles and it just might be helping.  My oncologist recommended them as they are what she uses and she's a good looking 40 something yro.

  Hugs,
    Jeanette

I have the reverse problem of oily skin but there are two things you should consider. If you wash your face with soap, use a soap like Dove. It has moisturizers and is far better for your face and body than regular soaps. The other thing is when you get your blood tests back, find out if your testosterone levels are zeroed out. If they are, the Spiro dose may be on the high side and a lower dose may be easer on the skin. Not all testosterone is bad for us but to much is.

Moisturizing is what I have been doing. I lotion up my body daily, my face morning and most evenings and my hands several times per day. For my body lotion I use Gold Bond healing lotion, Doterra Anti aging moisturizer on my face and whatever is available for my hands. There are many choices that will work well, choose what works best for you. I live in a fairly dry climate and using this regime has given me soft skin that I love. - Anne

Stay hydrated!!! It's a lot harder on Spiro. You have to drink a LOT of water, and as a result, pee a lot. Drink water consistently as opposed to staggered in binges.
Also find a way to get some electrolytes.

Eat as much salt as you crave. Let your body be your guide. ;)

My close friend uses Pond's cold cream and moisturizer. She has dry skin problems, and they do wonders for her skin.
