I wasn't sure if anyone out there could help me out with a thought and complication I'm having. Do you guys think that fasting for a long period of time, say like a 20 day fast would affect the changes you get while taking testosterone?

In general I don't think so. I think it would be tough to do early on with T though, as that is typically when people start experiencing an increase in appetite. So you'd be fasting but also much hungrier than usual. It's still doable, but if you've fasted in the past I think your experience may be a bit different.
Only if you're trying to put on muscle. :)

Fasting itself increases testosterone creation in males and females apparently. So it might lead to some water retention.

Intermittent fasting and it was one study. Not sure if the study was repeated.

Thanks everyone for responding...still not sure if I should fast though, I wouldn't want it to mess up anything that might be changing you know? I wish I could know for certain... :/
