It is so aggravating when you have asked twice and nothing happens. I asked my pharmacy to put my spiro on auto fill twice. I ran out Friday and was expecting my spiro delivery any day. So I called today and the girl says that my file says I will call for refills. So I asked to have it put on auto fill. Again. I knew I should have called this morning instead of waiting to see if they were in the mail. I could have had them by tomorrow if I would have called this morning. Now probably Wednesday. Arg!!
When I was working, I would have been fired if I did my job this bad. Not that I ever would have done a bad job. I take pride in my work. And people could have been hurt if I would have done a subpar job.

Hi Norma,
I agree it would be very aggravating. If it was a different drug it could even be life threatening. Having to make the request a third time is completely irresponsible. It is time to write that letter to the store manager or whoever has the authority to get something done about it. Even if it were to get done this time it is still time to let someone know there is a problem. If no one ever voices a complaint then the manager thinks everything is just hunkydory (fine) and nothing gets fixed.
I worked in customer service for about 35 years and believe me feedback works. Good or bad.
Hugs,
Laurie
I also have a similar situation where for each prescription there's supposed to be two canisters of T in each order, but 100% of the time they only ever have 1 in stock in the pharmacy, even though they know there's at least one person locally who always needs two. They have a system that's supposed to make it easier and cut down on time but with this happening its irrelevant.
