Title: A unique purge
Post by: Doreen on May 06, 2017, 07:13:55 AM
Just thought I'd share my unique experience in the 'purge' of all purges.  I had my surgery (GCS) back in 2001... then almost an exact year later on christmas eve at midnight we had a housefire... lost everything we owned, clothes, pictures, ALL of my 'former' life.  (No I didn't set it...).  This was the final purge, as it got rid of everything that was pre..including all of my pre transition pictures as well as old hobbies, memorabilia, clothing, etc.

I don't recommend it as an approach lol... but it DID spur me into being me completely.   And so ended the last purge I ever went through.
