It sounds like everyone knows she's trans but she will not admit to it. Maybe on her lawyer's advice? The discovery phase of the trial will establish that she's trans, so why not out with it now? Maybe she's hoping the suit will be dismissed before it comes to that. It certainly is frivolous.

There's always the chance that the lawsuit will establish whether she's had GRS or not and who knows what precedent that will establish.
