Title: Comments from coworker
Post by: biannne on May 22, 2017, 05:18:23 PM
I have been taking hormones for a while now and my breast are growing. The last years they became so large that I had started to wear sport bra about 2 sizes smaller to hide and flatten them.
But one day I was so busy and was ruining late that I forgot to wear my bar. One of my female coworkers saw my boobs and was genuinely concerned. She asked me of I had talked to my doctor about the side effect of some of the medication I was taking for blood pressure and post heart attack.

I suppose thats the risk we take when trying to be covert but also moving forward with where we want to be. At least you have a plausible reason for some changes. Now maybe you may not have to hide your changes and use the medication side effects as a deflection.
For me it is only a matter of time when the mascara and clear nail polish are noticed and I don't think a medication excuse will save me.  ;)

I've been wearing clear polish on my nails for awhile now. Told my coworkers it's to stop me from chewing my nails. My toes always have polish and the girls at work always ask what color they are now. I show them off with pride. Not sure what they think about them. They are aware my daughter paints them for me though and they think it's nice I allow her to do that. So win win for me!

I wear nail colour daily, including to work.  I'm currently wearing a dark brown..

I did some research , the side effect of one of the med is male breast growth. So I do have valid excuse. I expect to go full time in about fours or five year anyway.
