Hi all!
I haven't been posting here much in the last couple months even tho I always love chatting with everyone, but things have been moving along swiftly for me and been kinda crazy with little time to spare.. So I figured at least those of you I've chatted with a fair bit would enjoy a little update on me :)
By far the biggest development; I am currently in a Bangkok hotel room recovering after my SRS with Dr Chettawut on May 12th! His work is absolutely incredible, my new genitals are truly beautifully crafted and look great even days after the procedure. I just had my pee tube removed today, so moving around and sitting down is very easy and comfortable. The nurses and Chet himself are all amazingly kind and supportive, and I feel positively pampered and spoiled staying at the Vertical Suite hotel with daily nurse visits. Anyone else staying here too for their surgery I would love to hang out!
Thank you everyone on here for being such a great source of support, advice and information. You have been so important in moving my transition forward, 8 years in the works and advancing at lightning pace since I signed up here. Love from a happy and quickly recovering Floof =)
Wow! Well, that's a little something, all right.
Congratulations, and it sounds like you are recovering very nicely.
Floof ,
You already know how I feel about you and your progress. No doubt about it this is a BIGGY congrats, heal well, and return home safely. btw you need another ticker to commemorate this milestone.

Greetings My Norwegian Sister!!!! :)
I hope all is well... I hear in the words you write here and in your other posts, the sound of a determined girl who is going to move ahead and make her life what she needs it to be ...with great success!!!
Here's a few thoughts for whatever they are worth!
Other people are always going to be an unknown in this equation... Wondering and worrying about how others view us ...Whether we are "passing" to those around us constantly can become a huge trap that is hard to escape from and can be the cause of a lot of misery if we let it...
I think you already know in your heart, the direction you must go to live a life that is truly your own and you may find, as you move ahead, that the need to be yourself and relate to others in the way you choose, may start to become more important than if you are passing, as a cis woman, 100% of the the time ...to 100% of the people....
Move forward with confidence in who you are.... A female ...who has a place in this world and a seat at the table of life just like everyone else... After a half century of living a life that was not who I was inside, I finally realized that I had the power to make my life what I chose and did so in short order... If I had waited to move ahead... Waiting for some far off day when I would feel 100% passable... I'd still be waiting!!!... I moved ahead with fulltime the month I started HRT.. Semi passable at best... But I had the confidence that comes with a life that is finally on the right course and I think you have that confidence in you too.... From that day until now, I have never had a bad experience with anyone because of I am a transwoman.... Here I am a few years later, finally connected to others and the world around me in a meaningful way and married to the greatest guy in the world!!!...
I think it is easy to fill in the blanks about how people will react or treat us with our worst fears and the reality is nothing even close to our fears...
I guess what all my blabbing here means is... Just be you ... You are young and have time to do this on your own terms at whatever speed and in whatever way you want... Just dont let fear whisper in your ear too much!!!... You are holding the steering wheel of your life ... Hit the gas and steer it where you want to go.... You are going to have an amazing life and I hope you keep sharing your progress with us here Floof!!!... I expect great things from you and I am excited to see where all this takes you little sister!!!... All will be well :)
Onward we go brave girl...
Ashley :)
Just want to add my voice to the chorus of congratulations--well done, Floof! Wishing you a speedy recovery!

Thanks everyone <3 Hope all of you yet to do it can experience this amazing big step for your self real soon. And absolutely two thumbs up for Chet, every bit as skilled as I was foreshadowed and then some! Hit by a bit of a post-op exhaustion today so lazy day in the bed.. Lovely girlfriend doing regular trips to the nearby malls for me to satisfy my insane appetite since the op, she is such a gem!

Thanks big sis, and thank you for your kindness and support.. You and the others on here have been such a help to me, I can never thank you enough for giving me the confidence to move forward with my journey. 8 years since I came out and started transitioning, its almost unreal to think I just ticked the final box!
I'm sure my trip home will be safe and comfortable; starting to miss it after 3 weeks in this hot humid place! Going back June 5th.
