Title: Legs Have Changed
Post by: Brenda3156 on May 25, 2017, 08:00:51 PM
I have been on HRT for 9 months. There have been many changes but to me the most surprising one is how my legs have changed. I had normal masculine, hairy legs that looked very male before HRT. Now the thighs are rounder and I have lost some muscle mass to them. The calves are about the same size but much rounder as well. They have turned into very feminine nice legs. My wife is jealous! I look great is short shorts and short skirts. To me it is a thrill just to look at them. Has anyone else had this kind of change? I know that your body fat redistributes to a more feminine pattern but I never knew they could look this good. I exercise and diet and put lotion on them daily. Very soft and supple, hair growth has stopped.

Same here. I only had 2 laser treatments on very hairy legs and now after 30 months of HRT, I only shave once or twice a month.

I do have a rounder more fatty rear and thighs. I do morning leg exercises almost every day, which include deep knee bends and lateral and rear legs lifts. Also, do not forget the stair climbing for the calfs.

Lucky.  Mine are still have a masculine look to them.  Some of the hair appears to have thinned though as the pores look smaller overall, but it's patchy.  My body will figure it out eventually.

That is awesome to hear as I am also hoping for nice legs since I like to wear shorts a lot. Of course I am hoping for many changes but I will have to wait and see.

Most of the hair on my legs disappeared from HRT alone.  What is left is pretty much invisible without a magnifying glass so I really don't need to shave them at all.  They have remained large and muscular and I'm happy about that.  However, because of some increased fat under the skin the definition is less than it used to be unless I am working them under load.

I started out with muscular legs and other than the hair reduction of maybe 50% ( i shave about once a week, but could let it go to about two weeks if i had to). I have seen some smoothing and loss of muscle although i run and do other workouts.

\One thing i have seen too is slight dimpling on the upper thighs because of the layer of fat that women get under the skin. I was actually glad to see a bit of cellulite because it is another sign of being feminine.
