Title: Time for a sports bra?
Post by: sophie1904 on May 26, 2017, 07:30:40 PM
Hey All,

So, 3 months into hormones and some but not much breast development and I'm thinking everything is going well, no problems, carry on, happy Sophie until working out today ...

I run a lot - and on the treadmill today, well, there was no getting away from it - my budding girls may not be visible or large but wow do I feel them move!

Fun times ahead :) I've never worn a sports bra in public - I think a compression bra is probably best for running? Any tips?

Sophie

Sounds about right, I had to start about 4 months in, nipples were far too visible without.

Wear whatever feels comfortable and does the job and don't worry about the public. The public used to be my biggest fear until I began dressing 100% female and I realized that half the people don't notice,  the other half could care less and neither half pays your bills. Be confident and don't care so much about what people think because at the end of the day people don't care about you so why should you care about them? The sooner you get over that fear the happier you will be :)
