So I talked to a therapist yesterday, not a gender one just one in my area. I told her I was trans, now 3 people know, that is all I don't have many people to talk to I just wanted to heard.

Hi Z
That's good you were able to tell a therapist but what is that therapist able to do for you? Did you and them discuss you trans issues? Were they able to refer you to a gender therapist for further assistance?
Just the telling is good for you, but obtaining further help is what's important.
I hope you are on the road to getting the counseling you need.
Hugs,
Laurie
She said that she was going to help, there are not very many resources in my town. I have a 3 hr drive to find a gender therapist so any help here is welcomed. Thank you :)

That's great! Makes a big positive difference to come out to someone, doesn't it? :)
Though... I hope she'll be helpful. "Normal" therapists can be well meaning but unable to help because of lack of knowledge, unable to give guidance.

Hi Z,
Having her commit to helping you is a good beginning. One bit of advice is for you to be open and honest with your therapist. They cannot give you much help if they don't know what is going on in your head. I'm glad you are getting some help Z. We all need help from time to time.
Hugs,
Laurie
