"When the "Employment Non-Discrimination Act" ("Thought Crimes" for the Workplace) became law, businesses and ministries were targeted by homosexual activists and were forced to close when they wouldn't comply with a law forcing them to hire those opposed to their beliefs on moral issues."

As usual, the haters operate under the assumption (wish?) that ALL Christians agree with their intolerance rather than Christ's admonition to "above all else, love one another."

In  Belgium, where I live, there is a law against sexual harassment and pestering in companies.  The intention being very good, the result however is that this law does not work. When as an individual you are pestered you are supposed to be protected by this law against loosing your job. But in reality it always is the beginning of the end, protection or not.

There is also a law or laws that says there must be 50/50 man/women and 50/50 dutch/french speaking in organisations. In politics for example.

As a personal opinion I would say that the only rule I would follow would be whether a person is yes or no  competent to do a certain job. Whether the person is yelllow, orange, black, white or green shouldn't be important.  Or whether the person is female, male, gay, mlesbian, intersexed, crossdresser, ... whatever shouldn't neither as long as you are capable of doing the job you are supposed to do.  Imposing a company by force to hire 10 % let's say white people because of a principle of non-discrimiantion is wrong in my opinion.

May the best one win whatever state the person is in. This has nothing to do with loving or hating your ennemy or just anybody. If something is not good then you also should say so. I don't know much about Jesus but you can be so good that you also leave the bad to remain.

Jesus also said that you have to develop your talents.  He didn't only say that above all else you should love one another. Why would you love the bad stuff ?

This might get some heavy protests but it is not because you say "she's a good soul" on national television that you are christian. If I would be the devil I would put on the dress of a priest.

Use your brain !!! Politicians are not always telling the truth. But many people when they only hear the word soul, or christ or god already think ............ this must be the good guy. While it is obvious that there is a huge difference between what the guy tells and what he does.

You figure it out who I am talking about.

But let one thing be clear. It's not because you made a mistake with your secretary that you are an evil person. You need to have a strong and open character also to forgive that from your husband.

PS : I spent my childhood with priests. It was a nice time. They were all cool. All had girlfriends also but so what. My father did some work ( electrical ) for them and we could then pass our vacations in their big house.
