So its time for me to ask a question, sorry.
I have just taken my 28th e tonight and when to gp today who prescribed me another month of the same dose of e and nothing else. I was kinda hoping he would start me on s or at least increase my dose.

So far what have i noticed?

Maybe small growth of my areola ( or maybe I am just wishfully imagining )and my nipples are permanantly hard but no bud as seems to be the case with the majority of others that I have read about.

No nipple sensation or pain, no change that I can notice in odour or urine or skin softness. In fact nothing that i can notice anywhere apart from my nails are bloody fantastic all of a sudden x

So am I missing out should something be happening and should i ask for a higher dose or t blockers?

Appreciate any answers x x

That's not wishful thinking. It's the estrogen.

The first months on E tends to go slow and the next month things start to pick up. Most likely the doctor is monitoring you for issues before bumping your dosage. The first time I was on E, I was started on a quarter dose until the doctor was comfortable enough to bump the dosage up.

Hi Alicia,

I'm Laurie if I hadn't introduced myself to you before. My doctor had me on the same dose for 5 months before increasing it after he got the second set of lab results back.  By that I had small breasts. Not just bumps but breasts. YMMV of course. I started much the same as you describe. Nipples pointing the way proudly and little else. I never did get the mounding aureola, nope mine remained soft underneath. Instead a donut shape began forming with the "hole" being under my nipples, and that's the way my breasts grew. eventually the soft area under the nipples filled in but hasn't ever mounded as budding is described. both are normal btw. You will probably noticing something growing under the skin in a few more weeks.

Just sit back and let the miracle of estrogen happen. Enjoy the ride.

Hugs
   Laurie
