I've always used gc2b so I just have a few questions about Underworks
1. Can you wear their compression sports bra with a regular compression tank over the top and be both flat and able to breathe properly? I'm going to the gym a lot and need a more comfortable alternative to wearing a binder there.
2. How do sizes work for the compression sports bra? I'm a mens small.
3. Do Underworks binders compress more/less/the same as gc2b?
I've found that underworks binders compress about equally to GC2B but are more uncomfortable personally. The fabric isn't as... Gentle. It's very rough fabric.
I'm afraid I've got no experience with the bra so I can't say

Their compression sports bra did basically nothing for me, let alone get me flat. (I'm an F cup, for reference.)
If you look under the "specifications" tab on their product pages, it gives you a sizing chart. The sports bra appears to go by the band size, measured as you would for a regular bra.
While the sports bra wasn't worth it for me, if you go for one of "extreme" options that actually compress, like the tri-top, I've found Underworks binders flatten significantly better and last a bit longer than GC2B. They also provide more coverage, meaning you don't get that pesky problem with your nipples slipping out of the armholes in public. The fabric is indeed less comfortable, but it's more than made up for by the whole not falling out in public thing.
I too have never worn a sports bra, nor have I worn anything from gc2b, but I have three Underworks binders. Iirc they're all mens Medium. I have two Underworks tri-tops, and I love them. I've heard others say they're uncomfortable, but from my research, a gc2b binder might not make me as flat as I need. (I'm a D-cup, nearly a DD.) I put on my tri-top, toss a sleeveless undershirt overtop it, and I look like I have nice pecs. [emoji2] Since I'm on the muscular side, it works for me.
I'm sorry, but I can't remember what the third binder is from Underworks. Its one of the full-length ones, but I only wear it when I work out at home since it doesn't seem to compress as much as the tri-tops do.

I found that underworks binders were worse for me at the gym because you can get friction burn from the fabric. They are good for flattening but not for moving around very much. I never tried the bra though.
For the gym I bought a size up in the GC2B binder and just wore a hoodie. There's always someone in the gym in a hoodie even when it's a million degrees outside so you won't look weird.
