Title: Second Year of HRT
Post by: Brenda3156 on July 14, 2017, 05:25:01 PM
In about a month I will have been on HRT for one year. I have had some decent results and overall am happy with the results. The best one is how I feel. The question I have is, what will year 2 be like? I know we are all different but I would like to hear from someone who has completed year 2. Just wanted to know if there will be any differences so I know what to expect. Thanks.

I'm not as far along as you, only eight months. I expected to see more in the way of mental changes than physical changes but that hasn't been the case. I'm also interested in second year experiences.

All the best,

+1 for interest in second year. I just started into my second year last month.

I'm wondering at what point 80% of the changes will be completely. Basically when did you stop noticing changes, was that year 2, or later on?

Going on my 13th year, and changes are still happening, sometimes quite important ones so really, changes NEVER stop. You change something, you eat differently, you fall in love or get dumped or start taking another medication, add a new hormone, change the dose of something and BAM! you notice changes within a few weeks. LIFE is not a static thing, things constantly change...

For me, the changes have never stopped. I am past 14 months now and the pain and sensitivity in my breasts are still there. I don't like to wear a bra much so I feel the bouncing and tugging all day and it's getting much more noticeable recently. My breasts are "big enough" now so I hope I don't get much more growth actually  :-\ .....
