I don't mean literally. I'm pretty good at it, actually. I tuck about a third of the time, including when just underdressing. Since I've been doing it for many years, there is no physical pain, although I may sometimes have some residual soreness afterwards. I do it because I prefer not to see or be bothered by my male anatomy, and I like the experience and appearance of a flat front. I usually just wear a light spandex brief.
The kind of pain I refer to is the inconvenience of bathrooms, especially if I am out. Stalls are required for proper readjustment. I just wish I didn't have to do it. I wish that those things weren't there to have to be tucked away out of sight. But they are and they will be, so I tuck... Nancy
Yes it is a pain, but it's a part of life. I prefer kinesiology tape its awesome keeps everything in place and the way I do it you can pee!!!!! :-) I have severe acid reflux and can't ware anything tight around the waist. Look up the carmen carra method , I use 5 , 5and 1/2inch pieces. Everyone who uses this method has there own way to put it on. The stuff is heat activated so when taking it off use cold water in the shower. You just push those testys up there fold that thing down , then with the loose skin fold over to make lips, rember to leave tip of it out like a clit. I put tape on like an x, starting at bottom working my way up , then start a little lower with another x slightly overlapping. Then one piece at the top where things might bulge snuging it down. This will take practice as it is not eazy at first. It now takes me about 15 minutes to do it all its just part of my daily routine. And there's a bonus this is fun , not to mention comfy. I really hope that this makes your life eazyer it has done so fo me.
