By that I mean my facial looks.
I'm never gonna be a pretty girl without expensive surgery and I am finding it hard to deal with.
But is it all about the face? I know most people see the face more than anything else but surely a female body, mannerism, posture etc count too.
Am I wrong in thinking this?
Well I have to hope the rest of me is enough as I can never afford any work so I don't let it matter, just have to work with what I and HRT have.
Somebody wise on this forum said, 'dominate your space'. I think this is good advice. It really means have confidence in yourself and roll it out when in a public space. People notice confidence far more than your face or what you wear. It is confidence that will make a lasting impression.

Plenty of people will not be pretty, even after facial surgery. More passable sure, but not necessarily more pretty.
More importantly, there is no sense in worrying about things you cannot control. Instead, focus your time, energy, and effort on the things that you
can control -- such as your voice! A voice can make or break a potentially clockable situation. And just about everyone can get a very passable voice without any surgery. But it takes discipline and lots of practice practice practice.

yeah I do that.
I mean I wear mascara to work with a hair clip.
course theyve been noticed but I dont care and since I dont care nobody bothers me about it.
Bit more difficult with full female clothes haha but its thats principle
I think you're being overly critical of yourself. You have a pretty face and it will only get better the longer you're on hrt.

Agree with Julia. You don't give yourself enough credit.
