Hey guys, well, I want to start off by saying I feel gigantic, like not just big like huge. I am also pre-HRT so idk. This feeling stems basically from my rib cage. So I am sharing my measurements and would prefer not to be gas lighted and to be told the honest truth.
Here are my measurements. Bust: 38 3/4, Underbust: 36 2/4, Waist: 35 3/4, Hips: 40 2/4, Height: 5' 7, Weight: 183 Lbs, Age: 17, I will be turning 18 in early September. I am seeing an endocrinologist this Friday as well.
P.S. If you guys could also share your bust, underbust, waist, hips, height, weight, and age measurements, that would be great :).
I'm 5'10 124 pounds .... 34 DD 22 inch waist and maybe 34 hips

Thanks :), I wish I had your measurements :-\
Welcome to Susan's Place. Your starting measurements aren't that important. CIS women often have body flaws that they have to address. They use undergarments and careful fashion selection to make the most of what they have. In my case I am 6'2" and my peak weight was 203 pounds. I currently am 166 pounds but I would like to lose about 6 more. I have broad shoulders and a large rib cage thanks to my dad's side of the family. My body has never cause passing issues and with care, yours shouldn't either.

Bust - 41"
Underbust -35.75"
Waist - 31.5"
Hips - 37.5"
Height - 5'11"
Weight - 161 lbs with about 12% bodyfat
Age - 57
I feel huge too, until I go in public and compare myself to other people. Then I start feeling kind of small.
In my opinion, the most important thing is just to get your weight down into a healthy range. For you that would be <160 lbs with a max waist of 33.5". That will help with passability and prevent a host of health problems from developing later.

Hi, interesting question; age: 69 height 5'6 weight 145 measurements 37B-30.5-39. I have been on estrogen only for three years for medical management of severe osteoporosis due to prenatal exposure to DES. Medical diagnosis was Moasic Kleinfelters Syndrome with Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome.
Best wishes for your future.
I stopped after under bust. 77 57 53... lets see when get down to my normal weight.

I started nearly your same stats. I know the feeling of being big. It's possible to lose the weight, even quickly. I'd get the weight under control first, before going on HRT, as it'll be harder to lose when on T blockers. Anyway, easiest changes are add walking, and cut meals in half. Go ahead and order the same food you love, but cut it in half and save the other half for another meal. once your body has adjusted to that start having a salad every now and then, not every meal, since you'll get burned out. Lastly bread is your enemy. It tastes yummy, but try to intake as little as possible. If you get a burger, take to bun top off and toss it. There 1/2 the bread!
Anyway doing these simple tricks for me allowed me to get down to 160 in two months. It's not a huge change in diet, mainly a lifestyle choice on how much to eat and a little exercise. Oh, for walking do a mile a day, then on the weekends do several. That's about a 30 min walk weekdays, and a couple hour walk weekends. It's okay to go slow, take in the sights. Gotta make the walk fun, not just around a track, that's work!
You'll get that figure you want faster than you think. Weigh yourself daily. When you see results from the scale, it'll be the encouragement you need to continue.
Thank you! @MissKairi
That is kind of how I felt to, I compare myself to people all the time :/. @Deborah
Thank you, best wishes to you as well. @DeidraDee
Thank you for your response :) @Gertrude
Yeah good point, I used to be 198, and I stopped eating a lot, and I did notice a difference. I do distinctly remember my underbust being around 37/38 and it feeling like there was almost all bone when I got it down to 36 inches. Now it kinda feels that way when I get it down to 34 2/4. Hopefully my ribcage is smaller and I have a lot more muscle and fat than I think. Thank you for responding also :) @Bari Jo
Bust: 41"
Under: 36"
Waist: 32" (would love to eventually get this under 30") ;)
Hips: 40"
Weight: 165 (hopefully under 160 in a few weeks)
Ht: 5'-10"
Age: 43
Thank you! @Shellie Hart
I don't have all my measurements but I'm 40, 5-11, and feel way too fat. Lol.
I'm currently at 210lbs. Before starting HRT I was 200. I got down to 195. Then I started medroxyprogesterone and the food craving kicked in. I'm getting myself back under control. When I was 30 I was lean, muscular, and under 175. I want to get back down to that or less.
Bust: 39" (38")
Under: 37" (36")
Waist: 31" (30")
Hips: 42" (40")
Weight:174lbs (158lbs)
Ht: 6'-1"
Age: 55
The first number are my measurements when I started HRT on 25 March of this year, the numbers in parentheses are my current measurements.
I exercise regularly and walk during my lunch hour. I cut back on diet soda (one a day instead of three or more), stopped eating potato chips and corn chips, and switched from white bread to wheat. Most of my adult life I weighed between 190 and 210, so now I accuse the scale of lying from time to time. I never thought I could drop that much weight without doing something drastic, but it happened. I have also lost about 1.5 inches from my upper thighs. My HRT began with finasteride and estradiol patches, but my doctor added spiro last Friday. Hopefully that will speed things up a bit.
A year ago I got rid clothing that I knew would never fit because they were too small. Now those same sizes are too big. When you want something bad enough you will find a way. Have faith in yourself.
Slightly confused how to reply on here :-X
Me: Underbust 40", Bust 44", waist 38", hips 42"; height 6'2", 225 lbs.
How to respond? Women come in all sizes. Work on your psyche, do the best you can with your body. First off, become healthy and fit.

Hey DM!!!...
This journey is about hope and self acceptance! Retain optimism girl because amazing changes lay ahead!!!
I was in the 165-170 range before HRT... Low body fat but a lot of muscle weight from running and upper body mass from surfing... I lost about 30 lbs of the muscle... As back chest and muscle slowly disappeared, my under bust measurement got smaller and smaller.... Hips and butt started to pad up around the 2 year mark.... I am just past 3.5 years on hormones and continue to see improvement... Just had another breast growth spurt!!... Be patient sister...Change will come...
Thanks for the sweet words and welcome to the forum!!!
Onward we go brave girl

Oh Sweetie, you got the world before you. Think about it. Look at the measurements you asked for. Especially the before-after measurements. They are amazing even to me. You are young. The ravages of T is not embedded in you. You still have time to evolve to the real you and have a very happy life as a woman. An option that is very limited to many, including myself. i wish i was 17 and as aware of my true self as you are. I would be dancing in the street.
Got to the endo. Take his advise and create your world at 22. That is a dream come true for many.
