Hello everyone, I have a question, about two years ago when I was 21 years old and after two years of hormone replacement therapy, my mother started to see my breasts weird because of the growth that the hormones had caused, (I never told her anything about The TRH), then she after seeing my breasts she took me with a plastic surgeon and he recommended that I needed a procedure for gynecomastia, which was performed 1 month later and the surgeon removed the mammary glands that where approximately a balls of 1.5 "Of circumference on the right breast and 1" in the left, and also the withdraw of 400ml of fat from heach breast leaving me with a flat chest and barely sad personally, but at the moment she was happy to see my better apareance as male; the most important doubt is to know if there is possible to have some regrowth or some change in the nipples since these shrank after the procedure, since i want to start again my hormonal therapy again?
Unless the surgeon left breast tissue, regrowth isn't possible and even if there was tissue left, it's likely you will see very little if any growth. Your only option may be to have breast implants. I am sorry that about that but a mastectomy tends to be pretty permanent.
I think there is a bigger problem with your relationship with your mother. At 21, you're an adult and your mom had no business forcing you to have surgery. Maybe some therapy is in order.

My family tried to force me to have the same surgery after my breast grow on hrt
Since I'm from transphobic country the law with them ( no matter how adult I am )
But I manage to hide mine and lie to them that it's gone after my weight loss after I told them that they did not want to bother spend money on me for that surgery ( thankfully )
Maybe you come from place like mine where you cannot defend yourself no matter how old you are
I kept my hrt bare minimal because I did not want my breast to grow so much and put me in more troubles
However I'm planning to have Breast implant when I can I saw wonderful results even on very flat breast so don't worry
Plus I notice the breast is not the only factor to pass as woman I have small breast but everything else is as important
There a lot of women with flat and small breast it's very natural
Judging from her use of the English language, I'm thinking no. There are always choices, even if we don't like the consequences.
