The court rejected argument from the applicant, a 36-year-old who changed gender from woman to man 14 years ago, that he had been subject to unjustified discrimination.

Natal women's hormones can fluctuate wildly at times too.  Do they get blocked from joining the police?

Another BS ruling hiding behind pseudo-science.  I guess we don't have exclusive rights to official bigotry traveling around in judicial robes in the US.

I hope the appeals court judges are smarter.
