I can't seem to find the do I pass thread, so I'll have my own private on. I'm about 12 days on Estrogen, 7 days on spiro and progesterone. I've had several rounds of laser (I'm due for another this week). One change I've noticed is that I seem to need a lot of outside feedback, I guess that's normal.

yes outside feedback is very normal, It usually takes 7 months to see change at least for me it was
You have a nice hairline and pretty eyes, but nobody passes after just 12 days of HRT. It usually takes about 8 months or so, at least.
OK—I'll give it an honest try.
First, I like these pictures much more than your avatar.
Since you're already having laser done I'll ignore the beard shadow.
I like your eyes. They seem large, open and expressive.
I see the thickness of your eyebrows as a positive since you can shape them almost any way you want. I know others may disagree, but I'd avoid plucking and instead ask a good make-up artist to teach you how to shape and sculpt them with a razor, scissors and a comb. (I've worked with models whose eyebrows have thinned from plucking over the years, and if you plan to get facial surgery I think it's wise to make sure you retain enough material to accommodate any change in their position.) While it's higher maintenance, 3-D sculpting gives a much nicer profile than just shaping the outline.
At least from the angle in these pictures your brow bossing would seem to me manageable with makeup.
I like the shape of your lips. A bit of lip liner might make the upper lip look slightly shorter.
From the picture angle the outlines of your face and jaw seem smooth, and although your chin may be slightly long, with a slimmer neck I feel the combination would be within the female range.
Your nose looks straight, and I feel that with good contouring its size is manageable.
The greatest issues I see in these pictures are your front hairline shape and density. Both may improve on hormones, but I think the corners will probably need surgical help. From the pictures it looks to me like you have plenty of hair in the back for that.
As a whole I feel that you have a fairly good starting point, and hormones and weight loss can only make it better.
I hope this helps.
Lucky my face turned grey and I haven't had electo in years I just shave. I been full time about 5 years now. What a great head of hair and you will be shocked what two years hormones does to your face. I'm just me and find acceptance. I'm in redneck hill mountain town all the time and go around like nobody's business. And everyone calls me mam , some just tell me I'm beautiful

You have a nice face to work with. With some time and makeup I'm sure you'll pass. Remember, the first physical changes will start to about two months, and will be noticeable around the 7th month. You extremely masculine features, so you could pass as a female earlier (only considering your face).
I think your hairline is your biggest problem, but it looks easy to fix. A few hair implants will do the trick. In the mean time, play a bit with your hair, try different styles and find which ones work best for your face.
You have interesting eyes and mouth. With makeup you can make them look either extremely beautiful or grotesque. So start working on your makeup skills.
Thick brows can be a blessing if you shape them correctly.
Overall, I think you have great features to work with.
