Since I am basically done with transition and on hormones for about three years I would give some tips that worked for me.
First of all, I did have FFS and body shaping. But hormones did a lot to help.
I lost 80 lbs during the first 8 months of transition. I wanted to get rid of most my fat then gain fat back on hormones. I never had a butt before hormones but did have a waist.. I was overweight.
Purposefully I let may weight gain back and I gained about 40 lbs letting the fat go where it wanted. And it did. Hips butt and typical female pattern.
I gained extra so I could have body shaping and have some sucked out and transferred.
I did a butt lift and hips...
Meantime I did not realize that the hormones were going to work so well and now I would say my butt is too big.. yes too damn big almost in a comical way..
My son said its a good thing I wear shirts and blouses that cover my rear end.
I am an hourglass shape but a thick girl.
I am like an extra large 36 24 36.. more like a 46 33 48 and I am 5-6.
I am to a point where its time to lose some weight.. about 25 lbs should do it.
I have had remarkable fat movement on my body and the shaping did not hurt at all.
I also am told I changed a lot after my SRS surgery and I believe them.
I think a lot of my success was the weight gain while on hormones after I lost a lot of weight.
That is about it.. except that I find humor in the fact that I ended up with such a big butt.. LOL... really big.
Oh well better than flat I suppose.
Love
Vary similar to what I did. Although, my results are not quite as dramatic as yours.
