With my libido almost non-existent and not being in a relationship, should I be making a conscious effort and keep making occasional use of my original equipment, to prevent excessive shrinkage (not alot to start with), and to keep orgasmic capability?

I submit you will not lose the ability to orgasm, You may not be able to ejaculate but that's a separate function. It will just take longer to activate as with cis women. That's why foreplay is very important to women. From my experience the shaft begins to lose feeling but the tip of the penis is still very sensitive. I find the orgasims quite wonderful without having to wipe goo from my genitals, hands, clothing, underwear and toilet seat.
Tnx Dawn, I certainly won't miss the mess!

I do exercise my "stuff" just to keep it in working order and also to help maintain it(length = depth?) in a healthy enough state so it can be used to give me what I actually want. When I asked my surgeon about that, he smiled and said it "would help" if I can but certainly not a must. IU have heard anecdotal evidence about this but have never read anything substantial..

One of my many "Trans-Irones" is having well in excess of what was needed. If I was having GCs it would have been 8 years ago whe I knew I needed to take on the Trans-Beast. I reallu hate being a "Shallow" person in about every way imaginable :o
Megan,
My idea was to try to keep the neural pathways for orgasm from becoming too distant. (Sounds good anyway. Probably an indicator that I don't know what I'm talking about.) I was able to orgasm with the original equipment up until its demise. I am post surgery now but haven't tried to play. It is still somewhat sore and numb, but if I watch something sexy I can feel something going on down there. My way of thinking is that not putting oneself under too much pressure to orgasm is more important then any of the pre-season scrimmages were. I will have to see if it works.
