It's unfortunate that the school does not accept the needs of these children. They should know, because they are an educational institution. I hope the school where the child is transferred is more accepting of her.

Just because it is a school doesn't preclude people's personal prejudices. Anti-transgender prejudices exist everywhere from the white house on down to your next door neighbor. Education and acceptance by our children are the things that will bring about change. But first you have to have educators that are willing to teach it, laws that allow it, and parents that do not pull their children out of  schools that teach it. Eventually the parental prejudices with die out and a better world can be had.
