Title: Makeup while playing sport
Post by: Christine_Hart on September 10, 2017, 02:44:39 PM
Does anyone have any experience of playing sport while en femme? I'd like to but my face doesn't really pass without makeup and I'm wondering if it's possible to use any if you're likely to be sweating. I've read about some women using a cheap wig during sport so I know that's not a problem, it's just the makeup. I wouldn't just want to look like Bob in a wig.

Good question! I go without my makeup,  I don't pass,  but I'm there for the sport. I ran today as Female competitor in a race,  I got misgendered all the way round, but so what,  I'm living my life.

A little waterproof mascara and light eyeliner should be ok. With maybe a little gloss or chapstick. Full femme is probably not a good idea. If you are playing football use your eyeliner to put a black patch under your eyes.

When I used to help lead a running group that was primarily women none of them wore makeup.  As much as I sweat I can't imagine wearing any either.
