Hey so I'm ftm and my friend is sending me his STP which he has used the grand total of once because it wasn't for him.
But I was wondering if there's a way to sterilise it? ???
Welcome to Susan's Place. Cleaning will depend on the material it's made with. A mild soap and water is safe for most material and it's what I use with my dilator. If you want something stronger, I would suggest you contact the manufacture and find out what they recommend.

Hey man! Congrats on the new STP!
What type of STP is it? Many of the silicone prosthetics and STPs can be sterilised by putting them in boiling water for a few minutes. If it's a less expensive STP (such as a modified Mr. Limpy) you may not be able to do that, but a good scrub with anti-bacterial soap may be sufficient! I'd be happy to see what I can find for your specific STP if you know what type your friend is sending you.
