No one has 'right' to sin

In your editorial "America inches toward equality" (Nov. 11) you praised a bill that "moves the nation in the right direction," forbidding employment discrimination "based on their sexual orientation," including gays, lesbians, bisexuals and heterosexuals. (Heterosexual is an orientation?) You lament the House Democrats' tactic of removing "transgender and transsexual individuals" from the list to make the bill more acceptable to social conservatives. What about pedophiles? Shouldn't they have enumerated rights also?

I am growing tired of these idiots and their twisting of things. I look forward to the day when these people and their crazy 14th Century ideals are buried.
The problem here is "who" defines the sin,
is it god?
Even the top bible scholars don't take
the bible as a litteral words of god.
Which is good, since 80% of precept
in it cannot be applied to modern life.
So, why pick some vague mention of
homosexuality as a sin when
there are "sins" plainly enumerated that
are simply ignored.
Don't get why christians put so much
attention anyway on the old testament
when the new one was meant to
preempt it anyway.
People seem to pick and choose
their own version of the word
of god at their leasures.
And, I'm sure TS of all kind are
not mentioned at all in the
bibles (or pedophiles).
So, whatever
judgement people have
on this is their own. Imagine
having to think by themselves... Oh the
horror.
Aw-- too bad there was no comments page, I was itching for a chance to retort.

I am glad that I don't live there.

Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition
Need a little bit more
of what I've been missin'
I don't know where I'll be crashin'
But I'm arrivin' on a sin wagon
When it's my turn to march up to glory
I'm gonna have one hell of a story
