I'm ready to ask questions and start planning SRS for myself, though I only ever hear people talking about Suporn and Chet in Thailand.
Surely there's other surgeons doing good(though I guess not as famous) work?
Hey, brokensheeps , I see that you are new here. So please let me say, Welcome To Susan's Place! Come on in and take a good look around. Perhaps I can even get you to hop on over to the
Introductions (https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/board,8.0.html) Thread and create a post to tell us a little bit more about yourself so we can get to know you a little better and greet you properly.
Also I'll add some links and information below that can help you get more out of our site. Please take time to become familiar with them especially the RED one as we are always getting questions that are answered there.

What is your criteria for choosing a surgeon?
I read there's about 20 of them, but not many are well known in English speaking sites.
Anyway, here's another one
My wonderful surgeries SRS, BA and FFS at PAI Bangkok

I had surgery in August with Dr Rachel Bluebond-Langner and a Urologist at NYU in NYC. They operate as a team using a robot. I'm very pleased with the results.
Welcome to Susan's Place. We have over half a dozen good surgeons scattered around north America. Most have long waiting lists but there are a few that you can see fairly quickly. It will depend on how much you want to travel, what you are willing to pay and the procedure you are interested in. I happen to be less than an hour drive time from Dr Meltzer's office but there are a couple of others that could be reached by air in a couple of hours.
